    Voltmeter click?

You may find you still have a glow plug card issue. Mine was acting up "like yours" long enough to burn up or confuse my "original" card. Even if not, it may be a good Idea to have a new card as a spare anyways. Member "Antenna Climber" use to sell them.

    Voltmeter click?

I pulled mine out and tested with a combination of heat gun and voltmeter. I can't remember if the circuit to the censer is normally open or normally closed when hot.

    Voltmeter click?

Most likely it's your glow plugs cycling on and off. If your voltmeter needle stutters with the clicking then your getting a battery draw from your GP solenoid as the solenoid and plugs stutter on & off. Something is telling the solenoid to cycle on and off "very rapidly". First check/replace if...

    Tranmission to Engine Supports

Easter Find loves chirping tires when I pull out of my driveway. It must be the combination of my heavy foot, the shift kit in the rebuilt tranny, and the locker in the rear.

    Replacement jack suggestions for M1009

Go back to those junk yards and start looking in the back of Ford vans- "late 80s and up". Those jacks are almost identical to the original M1009 jacks. They will fit in their intended space by the back spare tire with little modification. Try to look for commercially used Ford vans; good chance...

Cold Start = FULL THROTTLE IDLE??? (New Injection Pump Just Installed)

I start mine this way; When starting a cold engine you turn the key to on, depress the fuel pedal fully then release to about half pedal. Wait for the glow plug light and then start it. If the high idle solenoid is working properly and the engine temp sensor is functioning, it will be set to...

Cold Start = FULL THROTTLE IDLE??? (New Injection Pump Just Installed)

You most likely have a bad cold advance solenoid. Unplug it and see if you still have revving issues. I had the same issue with mine and I replaced the solenoid and never looked back.
