Me and my brother being working on the camo for the last few weeks its about 90% done minus the machine gun mount was hopping to take it this weekend to the rally on Central Florida but is not ready so will drive the M1031 here are some pictures
They look good maybe one day i will do the complete D model change over its a lot of work after setting for 14 years i just want it to get it running so i can move to other projects like the Ferret thank you for the pictures....
Well being that it only puts out 90lb torque and i taking that gear box apart and change all the bearings a few years back is very over kill that will never happen but thank you for your concerns ....
I put a torque multiplier on my half track {OT-810} 2 weeks ago and i tell you no one could move the steering wheel with out it moving and applying the track brakes now you can turn it with one finger standing steal i am very impress not sure how if it is street legal but feels like my M52A2 use...
Being kicking it around for a while I am thinking on trying to find a T805 truck, there was one here in Ft Lauderdale just north of me about year ago was ruff , don't see many of them around at least in this country, also maybe the v8 gas engine that comes in it for a project, i remenber a few...
If your talking about the 2 hooks in the front section towards the the top , there is 4 of then 2 in the front 2 in the rear to lift it of the ground with a crane

That picture is of a original 251 you can tell by the drive sprocket , also the track adjustment is on the rear wheel as far as the yellow is Mustard Yellow or close to as we can come to it....
I got almost 20 years ago it fairly good just weather down and super dirty , it ran good with the original TATRA T-928 engine , no longer have that engine lost it on a storage unit i had. made mounts for a 50's military gas engine but redid that with a chevy 6.5 turbo diesel is being sitting...

Should have the Camo done next week or so just going to let it cure a week or so got it of the ground to day to get road wheels ready and grease all suspension
