    Hemtt vs M923A2?

If it's for personal use or just cause I can have one, go as big and as jealous as you can make everyone. Or as most would point out, buy both. These things are still cheap and awesome. Collect them all. If this is for an actual reason other than that, post some more of the situation, like...

All set for GP pickup at Fort Riley M925a2 in the morning

Nice! I saw the second round of snow and thought about your trip. Glad you made it. Congrats on the big guy.

All set for GP pickup at Fort Riley M925a2 in the morning

Good luck. It's nasty back here in Colorado, at least up north. Take it slow and steady my tan truck brethren...

Two questions: 3-Lever Switch; Filter Upgrade Cage?

And I like to pull the whole unit out attached to wiring, which will make it easier to unscrew / screw in the plug, probably why it gets hung up on the other wires and air lines...

Two questions: 3-Lever Switch; Filter Upgrade Cage?

Most of the other wiring is in the way when removing / installing. When I was pulling these at Glen's I took out the failsafe first and then the three lever. You can definitely do it without removal, but might be easier.. Sometimes that plug is on there pretty good, but most are hand tight...

    Gonna get a 5 ton

I think we were both using the wrong acronyms. Its officially called the PCU, which is pneumatic control unit. :-) Carry on.

    Gonna get a 5 ton

OK, I'll bite. The flasher is on the side of the shifter (to the left of the brake) and the failsafe (buzzer) is mounted on the left side of the cab (by the fresh air vent). The only thing on the floor that would qualify would be the CTIS GPU. Can you post a picture of the area that the part...

Battery question - NOCO charger - Odd start, 1 LED alarm.

Hold off on the help for now. I called the company and they think it's problem with their firmware. The tech says he thinks the unit is confused that is it looking at a 36V with sulfation, even though it's not a 36v unit. They said to run the batteries down for a bit (below 25v), then connect...

Yup, 24V (normal mode, not AGM) is selected, it's a G7200.

    M936A2 Fun in the Snow

Funny what a difference 20 miles can make. We got the same storm, the south got whacked, north of Denver, we got rain and maybe 1". No fun in the snow with mine, yet... Great video shots of all sides. GoPro's? Another guy down by you just got a wrecker that I am going to get to play with...

Battery question - NOCO charger - Odd start, 1 LED alarm.

I will start at the end, then jump back to the beginning of the issue. I was leaving for the night and hooked up my NOCO charger to the slave port, and after a couple of seconds, it goes into an error state. 1 blinking LED, which the manual indicates that the battery can't take a charge. I...

    Glad that fixed it..

What have you done to your 5 ton this week?

Are you talking about the inline one or the block mounted one? Got a part number for the inline one? I still have to change that one (mine came without the fender monstrous one. No issues, just want to keep up on it, and didn't find it in the parts stickie...

    Joining the 5 ton club.

Amen to that too. My buddy just got one to sell and I'm dying to play with it, and caught myself actually considering that I "needed" one. And it's tan... Anyway back to the OP, we live a bit apart but let me know if I can help you out.

    Air Brake Service Needed

I think I actually bought mine from the same seller, they accepted the return.

    Air Brake Service Needed

If it were me, I'd get the threaded version, I know someone threaded his, but got the real one after. It seems we all have to get the wrong one first. My lq2 was piped different (check that loop in the picture) and I've seen several configurations out there...

Steering wheels uneven tire wear - toe-in issue?

I sure hope not, I was going 68 MPH with it last week. :driver: We changed the tire thinking that it was a cupping issue (it was also bouncing too, which I think was fixed by the dogbone), and it did the spare the same, in no time. We also thought it was a turning thing (the inside turning...
