So looks like I need my Ether setup to work. I ordered the can from Napa but i need help with how it supposed to work. To add complication the knob broke so all I have is the shaft sticking out. So what should I check before i use it?
They are normal but be careful that they don't sell you an off brand that cross references over. The proper ones are metal and rubber. NAPA is a good source.
I run dual A/C and dual heaters in my truck. Both heaters are heater cores. I stay very hot in my four man soft top in the Utah mountains. I also have fuel, coolant, oil and tranny pre-heaters. The fuel heat is also able to run while driving.
I guess grunts arw cheaper than nutserts. I will be rectifying that in lots of places. Shifter is one. Not going to do it before I make the final 5spd vs 6spd decision.
My hood was pretty banged up and bent. After fixing it and such I did not like the loose fit either so I installed adhesive foam gasket material around the entire hood sealing area. It takes up the gaps and requires a bit of tension now to fix the hood. It is still the same attaching method...
