They are all six cylinder multi-fuel. Look for fluid on the back sides of the wheels. This usually means seals or break cylinder leaks. Check all fluids. Check the brakes if possible. Look for damage all around.

I got some eight point sockets off eBay to work on that plug. They work fine if the plug is not buggered up. On my second deuce I was forced to remove the vent tube to lubricate it because the plug did not want to break loose at all.

An obvious solution. I had assumed everyone pre-filled spin on filters. I always do, at any rate.

I have found that putting a paper towel around the base of the spin on oil filter will eliminate most of the clean up. They leak a bit when being removed. Not much but some. I have been using them for two years and really think they are great.

That is good news. I am not sure how many miles mine have. But, in November they all get replaced and the oil changed. I think anything we do to preserve the motors is going to lead to longer life. I do not consider filters and oil to be expensive compared to a rebuild. Keep us posted.
