If the plug on the rear of the air pack is frozen in place, not unusual, you can take the air line loose at the rear of the piston can and insert air tool oil there.

You are right. However, with a recession on I am working as hard as possible to make sure we survive. So, trips are off for a while.

There is not a lot of room to work in. A large crow foot wrench can loosen the cable housing from the adapter on the engine. Then another large open end wrench can loosen that. One of the problems is the key ways have to be aligned to fit just right before the assembly can go together on...

Use the crows foot wrench on a long handle. It is close but it works.

The install looks nice and the plumbing is correct. You may want to install a valve on the input side to aid cleaning and changing filters.

I have sold all of the last batch of reinforcement plates I made this Spring. If there is enough call for more, I could run some more perhaps this Winter. I have been making them a dozen at a time and basically selling them at my cost.

TNJ Murray has them for $38.50 If the pig tail is not long enough, just splice in some 14 gauge wire. This was extremely easy to install and works great.

For me the instant oil pressure seals the deal on the oil filters. Getting rid of the rusty cans on the fuel filters seals that deal, for sure! I really am satisfied with mine. I have all five on both my trucks.
