To anyone who stumbles on this, as @Suprman said above, the MME CTIS wheel valve assembly are copies and the biggest downfall of them is the hoses. Genuine Dana/Spicer ones use hydraulic hose with stainless steel wrapped in rubber. The copies are just heavy duty rubber, more like a fuel/air...

I'm sure you mean inch lbs, not foot lbs. Just use that same spec on the other cover and use common sense going crisis cross.

I made two separate listings since the past few months, almost all the orders people couldn't seem to get you order 2x of the brass tee's if you have an MEP 803A. Was spending a lot of time sending messages & changing orders.
Thank you for thinking of this thread & showing your unit under an unbalanced load. Seeing two units that have perfectly matching voltage on each leg, even with a slight imbalance, definitely makes me feel more confident in my conclusion.

If I ever get somewhat caught up with other stuff here, I will fully take it apart and confirm. There are a few places that do rewinding in my area, so maybe I can have it rewound if that ends up being the issue.
