Just replace the gasket again. You may have missed something cleaning off a surface. Not worth slapping sealant on it with all the work you did. The housing is soft aluminum as well. May have got nicked. Might have a spare housing around if needed.

I learned all about the chambers & different sizes a while back! The first part of this video is on that. If the service brake diaphragms are worn, the parking are as well. I opted to just change the whole outer piggyback chamber so it was easier.

I installed a PTO on the drivers side. Not fun, but not impossible. If you have the means to unbolt the bed & slide it back, it would be simple to do.

I was using a GPS to confirm. Mine is set pretty close though. I got a pretty good truck. Not a looker, but runs & drives great. I did clean it up a bit the past few weeks. Getting that Deep Water Fording kit on. Got almost all the parts.
