    Standard 2 ton Jack stands

http://www.tksimplex.com/screw_jacks.html]Screw type[/url] jacks are also good. They hold a great deal of weight and are adjustable over a wider range and can be used for lifting if you need to even something out. I picked up 4 of these two smaller and two larger ones for $20 each at a tool...

RE: Ok then... How about a slightly larger trailer? I know where a 2 ton 2 wheel trailer is that we can get you. It's an M390C trailer. Like this (http://www.udisco.com/hobbies/pics/080083.jpg) but without the launcher hardware.

    The '07 Ga./Southern Rally-details/signup here

Ok, if I come up, it'll be in the ferret. That'll be a drive on the regular roads too. Hmm, might be able to do Ga 400 up, but that's like a 2 hour drive at least. Probably doable with a lot of PM. Anyone want to come with on the ride up in the turret?

    Deuce Modifications For Better Streetability

Flipping involves pulling the brake drums and removing the hubs from the drums, then reattaching. You're servicing the bearings or at least replacing a touch of grease each time you do this. Flip the hubs and be done with it. Go with 1100 tires however for better load capacity. I think single...

Interesting video on off roading a deuce...

Shows how inertia is useful with the larger truck. Also interesting is the external air cleaner (looks kind of like a 5 ton but isn't). [edit] Bloody frames showed a different header url than what video was playing....Sorry.

    Source for sand/beadblasting media?

I rather like the star blast that I use. Have you looked at Abrasives or similar categories in the yellow pages? I just tried "Abrasives near Tucker, Ga" and got the place I bought my blasting media from as the first hit.

Any body know what this is?

there are expedient methods of doing the same thing. A spare rim bolted on the outside, or a rope run through the rim on a dual setup to use the dual rims as a winch hub between the tires.

    M113A2 REV in Iraq

It's in the same vein as other less than lethal methods. My personal favorite is the Coil from a Centurion tank wired into a ferret on the hull for the high tension side. Run a chain and an insulated lead to the coil and when someone grabs ahold of the vehicle to climb on, they get a bit of a...
