I have a set of the newest multifuel head gaskets which are made by Victor Reinz and have part number 5818. This part number was released by Victor Reinz in 2005

Copper (used for fuel lines) is known to be incompatible with biodiesel:

Biodiesel will degrade and form high sediment levels if contacted for long periods by copper or copper containing metals...
The "LDS465-1 Troubleshooting Manual" shows the same hexagonal flame heater nozzle in a flame heater system with the solenoids. I suspect that it needs the solenoid to not leak.
You need to look at the ratings. All of the 15W40 oils that I have seen are rated for both "C" and "S" applications. The "C" representing compression ignition and the "S" representing spark ignitiion.
Both Shell Rotella and Delo's datasheets specify that the oil is recommended for four stroke...
So is is luck of the draw or do all of the new flame heater injectors lead? The very early flame heater systems had solenoid valves; are these "new" injectors designed for the early engines?
Because it is really not THAT critical for most people's usage. I kept the #2 cables when I converted from gas to multifuel. Didn't have a problem until it got to down to 4F and the short #4 cable between the two batteries got hot. Replaced it with a short #2 and it works fine. 2/0 will...
