Have you thought of mounting it in the rear, maybe something like a M756 or even between the frame rails? A couple guys on here have done really nice mount jobs in various places on the rear of their bobbers and that would take care of any weight issues on the front axle. I mounted a warn 18K...
I'm just curious why you went with this winch setup, especially on a bobber? I know the PTO winches are better than electric but I really think the warn 18K would have been better if you wanted more power than the standard deuce winch.
Air dryer is not supposed to pop off at 70 psi. That's no bueno.... Is it sticking open and dumping air out continuously or blowing off excess and resetting?? The air dryer can stick partially open and cause you to slowly bleed air out too
Ditto. If it builds air it's not the compressor. If there's not a leak somewhere in the system it's most likely what porky said. Sometimes its hard to hear leaks with the truck running, so I run air from a compressor to the trucks glad hands to pressurize the system. Then I can check for...
Unlike the previous posters I'm not going to lowball you on my offer. I'll give you $10 and will be by tomorrow to pick it up.
Check the online sites and then you just have to see what the market will bear in your part of the world...
Thanks...

52's don't interfere with the air assist, as long as you have proper backspacing, but they do rub. 49s (14.00x20) do not rub or interfere and are a better option.
So jumping the solenoids a "no go", due to the potted design? I'm getting power to the green, black and white wires on the remote at 24V. I tried jumping the black to white, black to green, and green to white remote wires coming out of the solenoid but got no movement. When I moved the clutch...
So I wired up a new controller, a used Gen 1 OLI I picked up, and ran power to the unit. I'm not getting any in or out movement. I'm not sure about the used OLI but it should still spool out, correct? Are these worth repairing or is it better/cheaper to just pick up another used takeoff? Thanks
He's asking about drivers license requirements, in the state of Florida, not registering his vehicle. Do yourself a favor and get your Class A CDL, if you plan on driving a M934 (yes it has air brakes), because it will help you from a law enforcement stand point and also with your familiarity...
