Ok sorry,the plug is tight,all the wires along the frame look good.

I think the grounds are good all lights work but the brake lights when in ser drive on the switch.

I just looked at the TMs, the lights used to work,and the tail lights are led. I have all ready checked the basics thats why Iam posting. I got off work at 9am and been trying everything.

The A1 tire carrier is 90" long and 15.5" wide, the A1 carrier I have has a tool box mounted on the passenger side.

This is great,looks real good. What are the differences in the A1 and A2 spare tire carrier and boom assembly. Did you have to cut the length any?

I just won a real nice M923 and would like to put the 14.00 R20 tires on it. My ? is can a 14.00R20 fit in the stock spare tire carrier if not will the A1 tire carrier bolt right in. Thanks

If you read the TM it doesnt say why to leave it out and I dont have a clutch its an automatic. I was just thinking it would not be any diffrent than any other truck with a bell housing and an auto trans. Normally there is no big holes in your bell housing, there might be an inspection cover.

I was crawling around my 85 M931A1 today and in the bottom of the bell housing there is two holes. One hole has a pipe plug in it and the other is open, but threaded, can I put a pipe plug in that hole. I did search the 5 ton forum and I came up empty. Thanks

I took the 5th wheel and the ramps that go up to it to the scrap yard last week. I got 245 a ton and it was right at 1000ibs, I got $130.00 for it.

About 900lbs, i unbolted mine and I pulled it off with my pickup truck and took it to the scrap yard.

I had a 10:00 appointment at indy,we got there at 9 am and they let use in. We aired up all tires,checked all fluids,changed batteries in one of the trucks. We did not leave there till 2:00.
