M939A2 parts can be purchased used from a number of SS members parting out trucks in the classifieds section of this site. Ebay has parts and a Google search of M939A2 parts will reveal a dozen different companies selling FMTV parts.
Hold off on moving the axles back (it's a pain to move the axles in a deuce) you might be able to end the cab where the front mud flap is located and save yourself some grief.
Loosen the bleeder screw and hand pump the primer pump (AKA "lift pump/transfer pump"). First few pumps might just be all air or a frothy air diesel mix. Keep pumping till it's just pure diesel fuel and then quickly tighten the 10mm bolt. It may take a few pumps or maybe closer to 100 pumps...
