it depends on what your welding how large and area etc. The frame members for the LMTV are heat treated steel so it will need to be re-treated after welding.

I wold say installing the winch is the easy part, all the other stuff supporting it is the difficult part. Shimming the PTO, supporting the cab to replace the right side mount etc...

1400R20's fit.. 1600R20's won't clear the front stowage boxes at full lock, and if you have a winch the hydraulic fluid tank guard won't clear either. I think with a 2 inch cab lift 2 inch suspension lift and some trimming it will all work well with 1600R20's.

Just make sure you have the right swtich. Some are momentary on, three way and on/off. Also the legends can be difficult to get off and break easily.

That's the ABS air valves. I believe there is one for each wheel. The black cap is a vent to atmosphere.
