Thats actually a pretty smart idea, with the rear mounted engine the second transmission reverses the driveshaft rotation keeping drive drive and reverse reverse.

Shipping would be a killer but I have 2 MEP-016Cs, one complete and one parts I would pull the engines off of or if you google it there is a propane conversion kit available for the gas engine.

12 volt bulbs are going to have a max draw of ~10 amps each (130 watt H3) so 120 amps is a huge load to put on the stock electrical system. I'll try to remember to grab the part number when I'm at work but Napa has 70 watt 24 volt H3 bulbs (draw ~3 amps). With that many lights I would swap out...

Thats a Bombardier SW48 snowcat I believe. Its used to plow sidewalks and not very good off road. I would love to get a BR100 or a Bombi and turn it into a tank.

Building a replica Kettenkrad is possible! Ours has a 10HP diesel engine, cvt transmission and a utv rear axle for foward/reverse. Suspension is rubber torsion and the tracks are 100% homemade. Steering is a combination of turning brakes and a hand lever for each track. Video of it in action...

For the right price (more than $30 lol) I'll sell the entire setup. It works great just leaks a little from the pump and fittings (no sealant on the fittings). I need to take the oil pump apart and clean it and the lines out but I'm fairly certain it needs a new filter.

Do you mean the electric in tank pump? That's not going to pump straight WMO very well if at all through a couple filters, it doesn't have a big enough motor to pump WMO. Pick yourself up a SBC oil pump and a 1/2 HP motor and you'll have a decent pump. I built my own WMO pump for ~$30...

I've repaired a battery post by using a soldering iron and building the post up with solder then filing it back into shape.

A 12V to 24V converter that will power the starter is going to cost way more than what you paid for the mep. You would need a couple hundred amp capacity converter to power the starter. Either use a bigger 12V battery or 2 smaller 12V batteries wired in series.
