Its a 5 ton tank, I have the same tank off of an 814 Either purge the tank with argon or fill it completely with water and you shouldn't have a problem welding it.

Try hooking a hose up to a gravity fed tank and see if it will run. Sounds like a problem with the injection pump.

I have a 12' high x 16' wide slider on our barn and it fit a deuce no problem. If you have the money buy a garage door instead of a slider, ours can be a pita in winter.
