If you come across a full FRS I'll be your best friend, lol I've signed for a contact truck and a FRS, loved them both.
Manual was for old version, sorry.
It's easy, lol
Take the bolt out of its carrier, pull the rubber cap back and place the bolt in. Try to keep it straight and you'll want to turn it so seats all the way down then turn a quarter turn and pull back to seat it in its locked position. Put the nut on and tighten till you can't...
Yep sounds like your diaphragm went south and it's not allowing the spring pack to fully disengage. Best bet is to cage the pack until you get a replacement.
Cage that pack and post results. Need to rule out the spring pack. When you were inspecting yesterday did you notice any minor air leak sounds from the pack. If the diaphragm gets a hole in it it won't operate as it should.
Standard welding trailer. Couldn't give you the shell classification but if your looking at getting it they are nice. They pop up and out to provide a dry surface over the back deck if its raining.

This is your typical spring pack, there are two bands. Newer packs have a sealed band on the spring side to...
Remember you can cage that individual pack if your stuck somewhere. One out of 5 won't effect your stopping noticeably. Just don't forget about it and never get around to fixing the problem.
Most likely it is set to tight. Caging it will also let you know if its the pack, air to the pack, or...
Also another thing to check is the parking brake. There is a roller switch on it and if it gets stuck the spring brake will stay on. Easy way to check is to release the parking brake, ensure the vehicle is chocked, pull the roller back and you should hear a distinct noise in the air intake...
I am eyeing a deuce roof and freight prices are more than the roof.
I will not use uship, as a prior service provider I know how uship works and it's other providers.
Just seeing if anyone is headed towards Texas, Arkansas, or Oklahoma.
