Any pics, thinking about doing this. Can the cruise be activated to offer a high idle function like on the newer dodge rams. I know there is a high idle solenoid but if I wanted to increase the idle I'd rather not mess with the set screw on the factory solenoid.
Looked through the sticky and figured out the plug.
Still deciding on what exactly to do. If it was up to the wife I would get rid of the cucv and but a dodge 2500. I don't know exactly she figured that would be more cost effective. I'm going to crawl under it tomorrow when I get back from the...
Found a k5 in AZ, texted the guy. He only wants 999 for it, non runner which is perfect for my needs.
Took the dash pad off and guages out. Dash looks pretty good. One question though, this was tapped up and it looks like it has a diode in it. What does it go to and is it supposed to have a...

I want the body to be right before I paint.
I...
That's why I want to get an idea of what I'm looking at before I dive further into it.
I can get pretty much all the replacement pieces from lmc, it's welding them back in is my issue.
I got my hands on a M1009 in lieu of my M818 and M750 trailer. Today I striped the inside and pressure washed the inside. I want to get the communities idea of the rust repair I'd be looking for if I brought it to a shop.
Here is my Picasa Web album if you want to see the full size pictures...
The box is a little bit of a pain to change, but can be done in about an hour. If memory serves me, 4 bolts and the connector(s). It's been about 5 years since I had to change one but I'll never forget it.
Biggest pain is the big connector, and having your team leader yell at you for trying to...
I would at least get it to jeeps for him. I thought about the total load and realized its not a her I'm driving, lol
And BTW, Louisiana has the best roads in the lower 48 I'll have you know, lol
