Level - Wind just have not seen any thing to adapt to the winch yet. Warn industrial winches have a simple piece of of spring loaded steel that puts pressure on the cable to wind on spool level.
Trans is designed to take max. torque form Multi-fuel engine. Engine is not at max. torque at idle . The trans did not know if the truck was trying to move a heavy load or stall the engine.I would check the clutch it may have went to lunch. :grd:
You may not want to change wheels, but if you want to I run 11r22.5 radial tubeless. If you get something in the tire you can plug it tempo. tilll you can make repairs! Save tire changes on the side of the road !!!!
Mine are 2.0 copper safety cable (Welding Cable). Any welding shop should have an old short piece laying aruond. If you can't find used a welding supply store will have spools of it.
Using a hole saw I have it very helpful to drill a small hole near inside edge of the hole you trying to cut out to allow for the chips and coolant to flow out of this works better.
