I tried to pull up their website....wont come up at the moment.
They do pick up and kick out a lot of rocks..... I used a spray on rubberized coating in the fender wells. The noise is not as bad...still gets your attention though.
I've put 11,000 miles on mine and they show little wear. I drive about 80% on the highway/streets. Thats Norfolk/Va Beach...
I'm waiting on more info from my buddy at NAVAIR.... His first response was " You want info on a WHAT?!?!?!? " I'm kinda surprised that P-Cola didnt have anything. As soon as I know, I'll get back to you brother.
I'll give my buddy at NAVAIR a shout and see if he can come up with anything in their records. I would put money on the folks at P-cola would have something.....maybe even an example in storage.
No worries.... When I did see it, it was down near the high-power pad. But that was 1988. They have changed that area a lot over the years.
You might also contact the folks at the Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola, Fla. I'm sure they would have something on this little gem. That is a cool...
