I was wondering what was going on, because my '86 also had both discharge hoses, suction hose and reservoir bottle, but my motor had no pump and the wiring harness had the plug, strange. I'm definitely happy to have a pump now.
Not so bad on the nut, there was enough play on the linkage to pull...
Page 187 in the TM9-2320-289-20 gives instructions on bleeding the fuel system (10 steps), similar to what Timber is describing, with additions like: taking the fuel cap off, using the bleeder valve on filter to ensure fuel flow, letting the starter rest during cranks, etc.
Here is a list of filters, it eliminates some of the guess work.

I am satisfied with the amount of heat coming out, I don't think I will need to disassemble to add foam. Might be a good idea anyway, but it's definitely working well as is.

Also, check out the Technical Manuals for your vehicle, found here. Both the -20 and -34 have the electrical...

It's not much, but here are a couple pictures showing new turn signal lens and break light lenses.
I made a battery tray and tie downs in order to relocate both batteries to the existing front tray, also gave maintenance to my batteries...
Yep, I'm running different battery sizes 24 and 24f. Not ideal, but its what I had a the moment and they are still cranking. Not fond of wing nuts for...
Not sure why you're 33's rub. Mine have plenty of clearance... Sure you don't want to recheck the alignment of your body parts before you set the trimmer loose? Your monkey, spank as you wish.
Greetings from across the Chesapeake bay, welcome aboard. Knowing a good mechanic is helpful, but if you have the time, I would give yourself a chance to solve your own truck malfunctions. With the help of the Technical Manuals, the search function and some very helpful people on the site, you...
