Ya, I am leaning toward the fuel rail leaking, or fuel drain rail leaking, the head and block are wet from the front of engine all the way back to the injection pump. Just watched a video on youtube about the PT injection system, that was awesome and simple. Love it.
Fires right up, idle is even, it seems to not have as much power when I left Dayton. When I push clutch in to stop, it almost dies then comes back to an idle.

So if anyone has any ideas where these NHC's are known for leaking fuel let me know. The block, head, top of pump, filter, differential, and spring are all wet.

Big thanks to warthog for putting up the TM's. Downloaded all of them. Now just to print! Here goes lots of paper, glad I have a laser printer. Ink is good for 5000 copies! I like them being on the computer, but I also like having a book in my hand!
Well I am a happy new owner of an M813, drove 200 miles to get it and then drove the M813 back 200 miles. Trip went off with out any issues! I forgot my earplugs, so I said screw it, I can make it with out them. Ya , about half way through I had enough, stopped and bought me some earplugs...
Well basically I have this project done. Well kinda, the trans I installed is slipping in 2nd and 3rd gear so another trans swap is necessary. The trans was free so not really out much, just my time. Also the turbo is not spooling like it should, it had over 200,000 miles on it so not...
I did a 3 inch body lift, there wasn't enough clearance between the frame and cab for the exhaust. Yes the exhaust is a custom 3 inch from the turbo all the way back.
Got the fan shroud plate on, finished lengthening all the fuel lines, and fill neck for the fuel tank. Worked on the cruise control a little bit. Then finish the exhaust.

Got the borgenson steering shaft installed. 3 inch body lift installed. Stainless exhaust getting fab up. A few other odds and ends to do, then should be back on the road! Front drive shaft is really close to exhaust crossover. So a suspension lift will be next.

I was thinking about doing the same thing. The rear cylinders can hit up to 240 degrees while the front one's can be around 190-200. I see there is someone on here selling the coolant bypass kits. I thought about getting the kit, but instead of running it to the front of the engine, have it...
Do not under any circumstances bypass the radiator trans cooler. If you where to heat a piece of steel so that it was red hot, would you wave it in the air to cool it off, or put it in a bucket of water? Hopefully you chose the water! Water cools 100 times better than air. I have had to...
