Is this a new to you machine? Have you seen it run properly before this? Are your batteries topped off? Have you changed out the water seperator and fuel filters, and cleaned the bottoms of the fuel pumps out? Do you have (2) original primary pumps, plus (1) aux pump still in place?

I think I saw this unit on marketplace at a scrap yard in NJ. I think if you want the genset, you wont find prices going the other way. Nor will you necessarily find the pumps to ever be cheaper. If you are intending on getting it running, I would do so while you are still in the frame of mind...
