Never mind issue resolved! I did the starter lockout reset. Battery switch on, disconnect harness to control box. reconnect to box, start engine. Apparently for some reason when I put the other CTIS ECU in it tripped it(have no clue why changing CTIS ECU's would trip the Protective control box...

Came with it from the army/NG in there. I've never switched any of my other trucks either, if the oil was good enough for the military it's good enough for me.

Did you change the switch at the dash thinking it changes the tanks? It only changes the fuel gauge, switch at the left side of the seat changes the fuel draw in case you didn't realize it.

You can bend the brackets inward a tad on the stock ones to get the flap a little further from the tires.
