Sorry Chuck, my humor tends to be a bit harsh at times. I didn't mean elders in age, but experience. I thought some of your answers were a bit curt with those trying to help. But I could be wrong, it happens on a daily basis. Truley no harm meant.
The one statement that is serious though is...
Welcome to SS, now respect your elders young man!
Just kidding, well sorta.
Some of the folks replying to you are some of the best resources in this business.
I'm really surprised that you'd make an assumption that the 11.00x20's and the 9.00x20's are the same diameter. I (and most...
As well it should be. These trucks are rated to run 11.00x20's (singles or duals is not the issue). Check your data plate. The appropriate adapter is correct by the manufacturers standard.
I run 11.00x20's on deuces as well and will correct the speedos someday.
To those of you waiting for your trucks, especially those waiting for your 1st truck(s), I feel your pain brothers!!
There will always be deuces for sale (lets hope) via private party. but I've got to say that the last few years of these sales has been truly amazing. It reminds me of the jeep...
If you've got your own tools and equipment $30 to $40 per hr is more than fair. Doing it for a flat rate could hurt ya if you run into more work than anticipated. Hourly rate for a freind is easier on the freindship as well.

M185A3 is no different than an M109A3 by the time we get our hands on them. There are no extra gauges in that truck. It comes down to the type of benches or shelves that the truck was outfitted with. Sometimes they're in the truck sometimes not.
Richard, Take a look at the last 2 documents on the page below:
AMVCC - Technical Info Licensing
This is from our AMVCC. Some of this is AZ specific. The last 2 docs refer to federal requirements, you may be able to use them. I can't see how this tractor would be different than your M275 or...
I have 3 trucks with Air-O-Matic. 2 M35A2's & 1 M109A3 all installed by Uncle Sam.
I'll be putting one on my M275A2 & my M49A2C. I've had some new ones for a few years, got em from Mr. Bloom before the price shot up.
Me - I like em alot.
Will, that really is some valuable info!! Thanks for posting this.
Will & Richard, try Jacks Gov Surplus down in Tucson. I know he's got 250's on the ground and maybe in cans. He may have the parts as well. I know they had a 250 apart about a year and a half ago. I believe it got a piston or...
