appreciate the info. Neat trick.
IMHO add a 12v inline; petrol type is fine, aux fuel pump as close to the tank as you can and put it on a switch. This can be used to prime and can be used to get you by if you get an air leak on a trip. In that case you just leave it on.
Your hand primer not...
have heard that too. If there are any holes in the skin... was told to be very wary since the older ones are a good bit stick built.
Them being stick built is another issue to consider. Though I dont know if only the expando part is stick and rest is strong structural metal.... or if it is...
well sad news...... mayyyyyyyyybeee good news.
one it was not painted.... it was custom made new. so no help with paint info buttttttt... might mean though that a pattern exist in the records of the company that made it??
@flyfishtrailer ... I got a ping out to a person who looks like they painted theirs bright red (fire service truck) 4yrs ago. Hopefully he will reply and update on how it has worked out and what they used.
make sure to trace the other Pos and Neg to see where it goes as well... could well be the 24v connection is only a "sensing" thing the ECU uses to determine what ECU should do when there is/is not 24v. Its presence does not mean it powers the ECU. Pretty sure we do know it powers the TCU
well..... in cold things contract.... and if rubber bits and parts making up the valve etc. are already old, stiff and partially contracted (but still in the envelop to not leak in warm weather); then swap to cold weather causing them to contract more..... you get leaks. Whey they warm up...
or is that just denoting the two 24v items out of the rest of the 12v ECM considering up above this there is a battery Pos and Neg feed into the ECM. with no voltage notation at all.... but one would assume a vehicle to usually be 12v..... those no notation needed???
welll...... they are not that slow...... its next day and still not working. Maybe your setting didnt save? But as mentioned while most are on facebook... not everyone..... while odds are everyone can access youtube.
catch 22..... that one is harder to install on A0 trucks...but less costly I think. You have to cut a opening in the A0 plate. Least I dont recall anyone who has removed the knobs and somehow inserted it in the OEM holes. That one you linked is standard at some point on A1's. On A0 it is a...
will only work for those who are in that group where you posted the video, so it is not viewable to many in here...... or if it is on your personal page..... the setting apparently is presently set for viewing to be for friends only or some restriction like that.... cause when clicking on link...
