No need to cut your wiring. GM had an issue with a batch of some bad relays years ago and have since fixed the issue. Just keep your batteries charged and your truck maintained for quick starting like originally designed and you'll be fine. Pop in a new GM unit just for good measure?

Most likely its a fuel delivery issue. Fuel filter, fuel sock in tank plugged, fuel pump worn out, or injection pump may need rebuilding.

Be careful when cleaning the translucent basil that covers the idiot lights. The white in the white circles will actually dissolve and rub off when trying to clean them.
