Picked up this civilian steering pump for $25. Not sure how it mounts up or if the lines are usable but I only bought it for the spare bracket.

So the power steering bracket is all welded up nice. How do I get the pulley back on? The -20 mentions a special tool; is this tool available anywhere like Napa?

There's an old Blazer in the wrecking yard near me that has the electric window. I wonder if that would create more problems than it would solve? It would be nice to be able to put the window up and down from the driver's seat.

My M1009 has a swiveling pintle. Are you sure yours isn't just stiff from disuse?

I went to Napa and ordered this belt, but the other in-stock green stripe belts looked no wider than the stocker.

I'll get a squeal from the belts if they're even slightly loose and I fire up the landing lights. 2x 450 watts puts a serious drag on the alts. :3dAngus:
