    FMTV brake canister diaphragm replacement.

I learned all about the chambers & different sizes a while back! The first part of this video is on that. If the service brake diaphragms are worn, the parking are as well. I opted to just change the whole outer piggyback chamber so it was easier.

    1996 LMTV M1078

I installed a PTO on the drivers side. Not fun, but not impossible. If you have the means to unbolt the bed & slide it back, it would be simple to do.

    HMMWV M1097R1 specific

I was using a GPS to confirm. Mine is set pretty close though. I got a pretty good truck. Not a looker, but runs & drives great. I did clean it up a bit the past few weeks. Getting that Deep Water Fording kit on. Got almost all the parts.

    HMMWV M1097R1 specific

I dunno, my M1097R1 will go 65MPH all day & it's a 3spd. Had it pointing all the way down at one point, I think 72mph. Yeah, it's revved. I'll get a 4 speed truck for driving around more. Took it from Wilson County to Ft. Sam Houston and back in the interstate. Who needs an A/C kit with no...

Dealing with issues due to half-assed CTIS engineering.

These are not the hoses this thread is talking about.

Dealing with issues due to half-assed CTIS engineering.

To anyone who stumbles on this, as @Suprman said above, the MME CTIS wheel valve assembly are copies and the biggest downfall of them is the hoses. Genuine Dana/Spicer ones use hydraulic hose with stainless steel wrapped in rubber. The copies are just heavy duty rubber, more like a fuel/air...

Dealing with issues due to half-assed CTIS engineering.

This! Ron did a great job finding the correct solenoid when we both were looking for a solution. When I made a video about the install, shortly after they magically purchased all stock in the United States & had it on their site. This was during COVID-19 shortages, so it took a lot of time to...

Yeah, Bret can keep me busy at times. I annoy him enough with questions though, surprised he hasn't blocked my number. :ROFLMAO:

MEP-803A Will no longer start seems to be fuel issue not sure how.

Did you bend that tab on the rack to where it should be as previously suggested? Maybe your issue is in the solenoid itself, or the linkage?

That is a mechanics chair/creepr for a lift. I ended up returning it because I was hoping it would recline enough to go under the truck, but it didn't.

I got another LMHC & got it mounted up. It was NOS. Going to crate up the other one & prep it to sell.
