That completely fixed it, thanks! I had to adjust the modulator cable ALL the way out. But now it starts in first, shifts into second at 15mph, and shifts into third at 27mph. I feel like I just got a 50hp boost!

I assume just the conductive part of the wire. On the ones I received, the hole is way too small to fit even the conductor through.

Yep. The tape bends around curves well. For the really tight curves I taped straight over them and then traced the letters out with a razor blade.

Well I got the antenna and it looks great! Also swept it with the sitemaster. Looks like a great antenna at the specified range, and acceptable at 465mhz. @Milcommoguy
