I'm still working on the truck (front) part. I need to get some photos of the inside of the cab and post them. It came out really nice cleaning and painting it. Data plates were in very good condition and the floor, dash, doors etc. came out great. Still had the orignal paint from the factory...
Was under the deuce fire truck today looking at what I need to do to take the Fire Stuff off the truck and turn it into a cargo or tractor. Its a 1973 and has never had carc paint. Sanding down the red a fire department painted it, it appears the red is the second coat of paint this truck has...

I'm in St. Robert, MO I live one mile from the front gate of Fort Wood and work on the fort during the day. All the good stuff seems to go through Jeff City. Working in a school I might as well be hundreds of miles away. HArd to get away to go see anything except on weekends...
Mine still says at BC. Missouri charges $25 dollars a month for late titling. They go from date of the sale to the day you come in with the FL Title. Since MO doesn't accept the SF 97 anymore from GL as GL is a private company. 30 days since sale already and still can't submit to GL for SF97/FL...
Is anyone interested in back portion of my fire truck? or parts from the back portion? Looking to remove it and turn the truck into something else, cargo or tractor. Tried selling the whole truck but didn't get any takers. The doors all close and latch.
I have an M750 with two bad cables on one side. They are the cables, four to a side for opening the side doors on the trailer. Does anyone know where I can find them? I called Friday to Memphis Eq., figured if anybody had them they would. But they didn't. thanks
It is paint from NAPA. They used the standard OD paint mix and we mixed some clear coat into it to see what would happen. The wheels are straight black paint.

Being an old Combat Engineer, each squad had a bolster trailer that they towed behind their 5ton Dump Truck, the M51, then when the 800 series came out we switched to them. We used them to haul BOM (Bill of Materials). If we were building a timber bridge, logs to build road blocks...
