What about if you don't have a booth and all you have is your house garage and you don't want overspray on everything in it? If you use the gun, what's the water thinning ratio?
I'd like to try the gun but thinking about it don't want it all over everything else in the garage.
Thinking about going to a 38 or 39.5" tire. But would rather change to a common wheel size, 16, 17 or 18 to have more options for tires.
As of now, I've been told Interco TSL & SSR's are pretty much the only option to get a 38.5" tire.
Also, I don't want any wider tire or anything that sticks...
Unit runs but would prefer to haul. Google states 889 miles.

I agree with your methods completely, just added one for anybody else that runs across this thread doesn't have an extractor handy. I went to Napa and other places last Sunday and none had. Ones I ordered online ended up being way too small.

Per the instructions, 2A goes to the Acc on the new alt. A 568 connector plugs into 568A and connects Ign.
568A is the wire on the old alt that is soldered on.
The other wire, 2A connected to the alt. with a ring terminal.

I know it's just the alt. In particular it's the large charging wire from the alt to the starter. If I remove that then the draw stops.
Otherwise, the alt seems to work good. It will do it if no other wires are hooked up but just the positive charging wire.

This stud did have the strap. My take is nothing is connected as the strap just relays the current to the positive stud on the solenoid.
Having said that, something is odd. The stud is a 1/2 13 t thread. I had to clean the threads on it. The strap hole is a 1/2" as well.

Thanks. Power is getting to the wire on the starter solenoid so wouldn't that mean that the neutral switch is working? But regardless, I have tried the trans in neutral and then in gear. In neutral, you hear the clunk in the PCB. In gear, nothing which is normal.
