Heading back out Nov. 28th to pick it up. The old Mexican dude put a water pump and 2 pulleys on it. Pulled and cleaned fuel tank and blew out all the fuel lines free of rust and garbage. Only charged $600.00. Oh and didn't charge me for the truck sitting at his yard for 3 months. Anyone needs...
That was my guess. I plan on removing the doors and roof. Anyone know of a supplier for the fiberglass door inserts on Blazers like the ones they put on the older Broncos when they remove the doors? I searched the web and found nothing.

Not a bikini top but this is what someone did to my truck before I bought it. They did a nice job but I plan on taking it off and putting the back seat back in it. I have no idea why they remounted the mirrors on the front fenders. I can't even see the passenger side mirror.
I put the HMMWV tires on as the truck did not come with the correct wheels when I bought it. Currently the fuel tanks are our being reconditioned and then hooking them up so the transfer switch and gas gage work.
Glad to have finally found someone that, 1. is familiar with and knows what they are doing and 2. takes the time to get to the bottom of the problem/s and make things right vs just stuffing another trans back in the truck and taking more of my money. Thanks again.
I have the opposite problem. Had IP replaced a couple of years ago. Started the truck after sitting all winter and I have no throttle. Only idles. This is also in a wrecker. Any suggestions?
Had to pull motor back out as it had no oil pressure. Left an internal oil galley plug out in back of block. Motors back in and purs like a kitten. Ready for 4th of July parade.
Picked up the truck from the dealer that serviced it for me. Got to my first hill and it struggled miserably to make and then got hot. The truck drove, but definitely would not make it through the mountains. I opted to drive to Phoenix and work on it at a relatives house. We mad it almost 450...
My business is repairing the truck mounted lifts, buckettruckrepairmi.com. We have customers that need to rent them on occasion when theirs are out of service.
Picking up my 1980 International from Oxnard, CA. Wed June 11th and driving back to MI. Anyone along the route available for any help on a break down would be greatly appreciated. Truck has 4,000 original miles and has been serviced at the International dealer locally, but you never know what...
I stumbled across mine sitting in a back lot of a guy going out of business. I feel real lucky to have found such a truck and I am not even a Dodge fan. Check out my pics in my profile. Sorry I'm not much help on where to find one.
4 new batteries and starts great every time. Should have known better. Now my next issue is my clutch is out. Has about an inch of travel and I can get it into gear to move it, but the clutch does not engage enough to shift it and pull it out of gear once I get it into gear. Feels like throw out...
