Funny that the m35's are probably some of the "mostly likely to start" vehicles of the bunch!!! I can't imagine the pain to stand around for two days waiting for them to get to them.
Santa, I went with Continental in July. I dealt with the home office in Luverne, MN. The lady I spoke to did require I have it stored in a building. She had no problem with the fact it is parked at a friend's location and not my own. As far as dailey driving that is not part of the base...
Since the hangers are welded I'd look at a new set of arched springs. For all the labor in swapping hangers etc it may be faster, cheaper, and safer. You will need to fab and weld on perches to the axles to bolt the springs.
That truck was on E-bay last week. I downloaded the pics but it's on my work computer. I've entertained taking a meduim truck and putting the transfer case and axles from a deuce. The divorced tcase makes for an easier retro and leaving the rears together would be very easy, but heavy, change.
Here's a blub from Amsoil about their motorcycle oil.
"AMSOIL Synthetic Motorcycle Oils not only provide superior protection for motorcycle engines, they also provide superior gear protection, meeting API GL-1 gear lube viscosity requirements. AMSOIL Synthetic 10W-40 Motorcycle Oil (MCF) meets...
Thanks. I was in a hurry last night. It was dark with a storm rolling in. Between bolting the bow parts back together and putting the tarp on by myself, in the rain, and it was unpside down at first I didn't have a lot of extra time!!!! It's still on backwards but the stuff inside stayed dry.
I need to know how long the side pieces are that slide into the side racks. I was putting my new plastic tarp on tonight and some of the bows sit higher than the others. They had the bows pinned higher for a maintanence truck so I'm not sure if the shorter ones are too short or taller too tall.
We had permission to use 40 acres outside of town from our Reserve center. We'd run the 113's up there and back. It was 5+ miles one way. Parades are one thing but seeing a Bradley or 113's screaming down a highwaywithout an escort get's peoples attention.
RE: how tight rear hub
Which TM covers rear bearings and seals? I've got a million things going on and need to get my wheel seal replaced. Deuce has to be moved for roofers to get in next week.
I've got the exact same thing. Hit the start button and it pops right off. I always work the pedal until it gets going above 500 rpm. My 1C is idling at 900 to 950. I haven't had time to turn it down a tad nor do any PM on it since buying it.

I was listening to the radio tonight and they were advertising a car wash and dunk tank benefit for Vet's. Yes this particular establishment is a step above or below Hooters, depending on your morals. First thing I thought of was...
I've never been in a situation where I needed low range to back up. Even a loaded M930 dump fully loaded. I have caught myself going into reverse and backing just a tad before realizing I was in low range. A long time a go my M929 had the t-case tore off the truck doing this on a job site...
I see the rear cross member is set in further than on a 35. I can understand no bumpers. I suppose they wanted to be able to set the taillights in far enough to protect them.
