I run 50psi in the front and 40psi in the rears. I find if i put 50psi in the rears the truck bounces around quite alot
(good to see another UK owner on here)
The Jerry can rack was already on the truck when i aquired the vehicle, so unfortunately I cannot take any glory for its design.
For safety reasons I do not run the truck on the road with the cans full of fuel :D
A long way from you but they have them here http://www.truckpartstrading.nl/2011/webshop/en/844-gasket.html they are based in the Netherlands
I get parts from here and they are good to deal with, but might be too far away from you, the gaskets look like paper ones, so could you not cut your own...
Hi Marcus.
As stated in a previous post www.milweb.net is a good place to start looking in the U.K. or try everyone's favorite auction site.

O.k. I...

Try driving in a tight figure 8 and then straight, as this will put a lot of side force on you rear axles. But it is always best to do a full visual inspection of the suspension components, e.g dog bones and trunion bearings.
Mine seeps a bit, but not enough to worry about. I think if I start messing with it, it will probably leak more.
I read on here about someone using a 1 1/4 square shoulder o ring from a plumbing supplier instead of the copper washer with good results. So it might be worth a search.
