aua Hate I missed it guys, hoped to be there next month but the Marine Corp says I have to be in Raleigh for the all state meet. *Cough Cough* think I may be sick doctor says I'll have to drive an MV for 3 hrs.

Good to see GL back. Had to look twice to make sure I was seeing right.

I have talked to Wreckerman and he is going to retrieve my truck for me on Wed. and take it to Tony's in Rockmart. Then I'll have to go down on a weekdend and get the brakes fixed and drive it home.

Anybody else going to Kennessaw or schedules permit them to get my truck off base?

I had full air press., and dont believe brakes were locked, tried bleeding, truck is in back corner of parking lot, you can see it from road.

I am home but the truck is still in GA. Couldn't get any brakes. Had to replace batts. and that fixed my guage problem. Still need to get it towed of the NG base.

Wasn't sure if you left the tapered stock piece in, but I'll loosen the bolts and remove it. The instructions weren't very clear and tech support was closedaua. And wasn't sure about the plate on the bottom of the axle because the PS U-bolts were parallel but the DS bolts looked a little Y'd to...

When putting the blocks under a M1008 the steel wedge that is stock, does it get removed, put on top or bottom of the block? And the plate that the U-bolts bolt to does it go a certain way or is in universal?

Got the stock T-case switched to 2wd, but still would only do 15mph. Does anybody know if the engines were governed?

What do you make the spacer out of? 3" square tubing? Do you have a drawing?

Drove mine this weekend, 60-65mph @ 2700-2800rpm netted 19.5mpg, and 55-60mph @ 2500-2600rpm was 21.5mpg.

Gus isn't stranded somewhere with a ammo trailer is he? Enjoyed talking to the guy he brought, knowledgeable former MV mech.

Does anybody have the specs on the u-bolts that I need. Length, diameter, radius?
