    M1009 roof rack

I carry ladders on mine. Works great but I've chosen to run it down to the body and fully suspend it over the fibreglass shell.

#32 M1008 Project time again at Zouts

More work more money. I tried removing a rear window one day and the seal was so old and dried out it broke the window. Same with messing with the cluster circuit film and wires- sometimes if it ain't broke...don't touch it lol. My experience when being on a budget. My 1028 does not have new...

#32 M1008 Project time again at Zouts

this is great! This post has it all... Crown Royal, red heads, and olive drab. I'm just about to do the same to a USMC 1028 I recovered a few years ago. Finally just gave it a heart transplant and get it in the shop for re-assembly/painting. Love to see projects like this unfold. Keep it up...

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

Today I dreamt about mine.... need to apply for an EUC (as a Canadian) and I haven't done that for years. Here's to hoping it goes through! I'll likely end up buying one from a private seller who has a title. I will own one...just a matter of when! Cheers

    1976 Canadian 5/4 ton - New acquisition

I really appreciate the info Gents! I will definitely toss it in the air and check that. Need to do a rear wheel cylinder anyway. Happy St.Pattys day! (Also Regimental Day for the Princess Patricia's Canadian Light Infantry FYI. ..)

    1976 Canadian 5/4 ton - New acquisition

Front driveshafts have their own issues that can exhibit similar clunky takeoff? Obviously rear U joints and lots of Chevys have the reverse to drive clunk at the rear axle.
