I've been surprised at how well the NDCCs do in mud and snow. I've been unable to get stuck yet. The deuce with stock tires and duals even plowed through a muddy ditch that my tracked Cat had problems with. If your primary reason for the truck is driving on the beach, I'd opt for some fat tires...
Good to hear you got your truck. Mine had the same camo paint. I fixed the rust spots and painted a darker camo custom pattern (if there is such a thing). It really freshens up the trucks. Your air line may be plugged on the wiper. I found the more I drive the deuce the better it runs.:)
I don't know know much about the M1028 , but do a search and you will find quite a bit of good info on it. All the MVs sit for long peroids of time so issues do occur related to that. On the positive side they are made tough.
Neat idea as everyone seems to want a small mansion nowadays. I bet a lot of the interior design ideas are taken form boats. For the 500k price on the Unicat, I think I'd buy 400k worth of land and 100k on some MVs and a little shack though.
