Check and see if all of the push rods off the brake pedal come all the way off the master cylinder if the rod does not have a little play the fliud will not fully return to the master cylinder and cause the brakes to lock up
You might try to buy a 40ft Shipping container and a chassie would work then when get to Org. you have a place to store stuff (put it on the ground ) and sell the chassie and recoup some funds
If you do use red dye fuels you need to get a few of those plastic totes and fill them up with red dyed fuel and the Suns rays will fade out the red dye color in a couple of months

Sounds like a bent output shaft on your steering box pull the arm off the box and see if the splines are all in line if not you will see a twist close to the sterring box housing
Just Remember the when you use use motor oil it is thicker than Diesel fuel and you should have it in another fuel tank so you can heat the used oil to at least to 150 dgrees bofore you switch it to primeary fuel for the engine can run on it like it should but you could run 50/50 and it should...
