Maybe it can be rebuilt, I am sure the fork is what caused it just wonder how extensive the Rebuild would be?? There is also no tag Borg Warner trannies i thought it stamp into the case usally on top behide the shift tower.. my guess it T98 or T19 but Navistar is kind of cyptic and unreliable...
I always thought , a pump was supposed to be mounted lower than fuel, because of the whole cooling, and pushing thing?
m1009 start on the rotation of motor because of elect. lift pump&filter swap. the dang thang only running with six cylinders
recheck your grounding on the doghead relay.. mine did that, had to tight some of grounds with that improvment, I also had several that where lose also.
I was wondering if any has done this , or have advice on a type or model?
or if any know what type fifth wheel hitch is used on the humvee thing I have seen?

lol.. It only took me, three motors to figure it out.. and I have learn is what not to do.
CC it is M998 take out motor from gl. has rebuilt tag it from 2006 from Ft Campbell appears to never been installed I picked them up three years ago compression is good ect.. so
1st on hook buss feed to batteries
Hook Batt. up run jumper wire to the S term on starter (24 volts), should get the starter to spin..
install 2 jumper on the front battery run 1 them to top injectinon pump.
the other jumper install momentary switch in line feed the GP block on the fire wall...
I am swaping out my motor in 1009 while doing a compression check, I noticed a drian tube in the valley. The inlet is center rear of motor and runs behide the flywheel and dumps out above oil filter.. Oh the motor is m998 take out that was rebuilt in 2006 ect.. just first time I noticed it on...
I used the short van type injectors for 6.2/6.5 when I did mine. There are couple really good threads on this.. If I could offer bit advise remove the pass. fender and inner fender.. this would have made life easier . Also pay attendtion to what your doing with oil feed to the turbo. size the...
