What is everyone's opinion of Rough Country Suspension kits..? My M1009 needs the springs and shocks replaced anyway.. I'm looking at the 4" with Rear Springs for my M1009... I don't like the ones that use blocks.

Try adjusting the throttle control. This is what controls the Hz. Turn left or right to adjust RPM/Hz. Do not idle it. Idling will cause damage.

I love my 003 and parts are not that hard to find. There are many of these that have been surplused. They are relatively simple, very durable, under rated and easy to work on. When buying from GL you just have to do it right like anything else.

Not sure how necessary it would be. You are not starting a generator very often in the first place so the wear would be limited. My 003 starts just fine with the glow plugs no matter how cold it is.
