What you can do is take it and get a certified"appraisal" which is what you need to do with antique vehicles that are restored. My CUCV(s) are insured as regular work trucks. They are functional working rigs for me. Liability only.
I've redone two of these dual exhaust systems, one 6.2L one a gas 350, both the same stock exhaust. Napa has the pipes and mufflers but it isn't cheap even with a discount.
Its all part of the throttle cable, don't believe its sold seperately. Last time I needed one it took a trip to the local salvage yard.

I have a 86 ex military firetruck converted to a dump with a stick and the 6.2 and 4:56s. It is great to drive around empty and will take a load (had 3 tons in it) but it is SLOW loaded down, so I wouldn't tow with it. Just my 2 cents.
