Gringeltaube, im going to use your pumps number as a reference for the rebuild kits. So far this is what i have come up with:
Seal kit= 922904
Cartridge shaft kit = 923091
Vane Kit = 922544
Just Google any of the above part numbers and you will find plenty of kits.

I paid $300 for this pump. seen them around $250.
Just got off phone with guy from PSC. He said psi is to high need to fig out a way to lower it to 1750psi.

here is the pump. i took the rad out and it has the same bolt pattern as the cover on the engine. so im assuming its from a 5ton. What you think?:grin:
Im under the assumption it is. I bought the pump from Ken Kublos who owns Kulbos surplus. He said it was still on the truck when he pulled it off. I will take a pic of it when i get home.

Nuts were welded on inside prior to welding on final panel. No they are not locking nuts. Reason for not using lock nuts is i knew i was going to re-tap the nuts after all the welding was finished. Re-tapping was a must, due to heat distortion and spark debri in the threads. I plan on using red...
ok just got my 5ton pump in and i did some converting of the numbers and im a little confused.
VT M 42 40 55 20
ME R 1 14 S4
4- Capacity = "40" which is 4.0 US GPM
5- Controlled FLow = "55" which is 5.5 US GPM
6- Relief Valve Setting = "20" which is 2000psi
8- Pump rotation = "R" Clockwise...
