Good snow and a few vehicle recoveries

How does that machine back up? Is the 2nd part driven off the first or on its own? Just curios, Ive seen those before but don't know anything about them.

    Has anyone actually driven a M35 20+hours?

"I think a fat guy used to sit in truck because the drivers seat has a flat cushion... I need to get some extra padding for that soon. I'm too lazy to fix it this trip. I'm not really concerned that much, I've but 3,000miles on it 1 year of owning it. The truck is great shape. I just wanted to...

    Has anyone actually driven a M35 20+hours?

20 hours plus is an awful long time to do anything - let alone drive. I'd consider breaking it into stretches so you don't run the risk of dosing off or losing concetration and driving over someone.

    Driving test.....in the Deuce

CDL is worth it if you want to pull a trailer, or someone decides to let you drive their 5 or 10 ton truck. Its not that hard to get.

    She's a Whistler

My truck is sitting up in that lot in Sparta. I won mine from event 4090 also. Still waiting on EUC though. Looks like quite a few nice trucks came out of there. I might of bid on yours but it wasn't much. I just picked one for the most part and threw it all in.:-D

    Personal Rant....... 5 ton wanted......

Hey Cam, nice collection of trucks. I was reading this back to front and just saw the pics.

    Personal Rant....... 5 ton wanted......

Honestly, I think for what your getting these trucks a damn cheap. As Dr. Greg said, compare to what other vehicles in that price range come with. To get a 5 ton 6x6 truck for under 10k seems like a bargain to me. Just wish I didn't have so many other priorities or I'd get one.

    Help out a new guy!

Scrapdaddy, I'd go to live chat and have the lady send you the export form(or look in their forms area). I don't think it is in with that set of EUC forms that you fill out. I thought it was too and sent everything in and then got sent the export page with a request for a COLOR copy of my...

    Redstone recovery complete

Did you bring extra fuel line with you on pickup? Did you change out the filters and all or just check fluid levels? I'm a little aprehenive about changing a bunch of stuff out, before a long drive, because it could creat more problems if things don't seal up correctly. I will have about a 8...

Earning her keep, well almost :)

Time to start looking for that second truck. Don't forget the doors and windows on the barn. 12 - 14' ceilings are nice too so you can park big trucks inside.

Is this the man in charge of GL?

He dosn't really answer any of the questions. He has a stock sales pitch he is using regardless of what the news guy says. Pretty smart, and free, way to promote the GL business but a little annoying to listen to.

Hello, Noob here in North Dakota

Welcome, millertime, you've found a good place for informative MV discussion. I'm rather new to the site also and just purchased my first M35a2. Still waiting to get it home. Take your time and find the one that has the features you want. Good luck with your search.

    Help out a new guy!

Glad to here your truck runs well. I would let the the truck idle for a least 3 to 5 minutes or longer depending on the temp outside. What I usually do is start the truck or equipment first then go do other checks or load stuff or whatever till it warms up. This way you aren't sitting there...
