Sand blasting is the way to go if you can afford to have someone do it... Once you get the parts back and prime them you can add years of life to them by sealing the seams up with a seam or body sealer or even something as simple as 3M 5200 marine sealer. It takes a while to do it all but it...
For future info... There are a VAST number of relays out there that will fit / replace a AR135... They are also made in 40 and 50 amp versions which would prolly be a better replacment for that application.

Any standard 12V aftermarket gauge will do, if you are worried about hacking the connector off for some reason get a jumper and hack that for a plug in. I am at a loss for a MV gauge in 12 that will plug in but there are a few whom are far wiser than I am floating around... anyone???
Liquid silicone is actually the thing to use for a protecting tires, It will not fix the cracks but it will protect the tires and add moisture to the rubber... IMHO...WD40 is crap for any application.
I sent Mike the TA for the hinge mod and for M35 master cylinders... Give him a few days to look them over and approve my lunacy and he will post it in the TA section...
