You do not remove the pin, it is plastic. You melt it or break it out as you are pressing out the u-joint

Nothing odd about it. Just like a live auction. That is how it works. You can prebid, but the actual auction is only 5 minutes. If there is a last minute bump the auction will extend a couple of minutes.

Did you change all three filters?

One member reversed the orientation of the pin. Stop was run and run was stop.

If you do disassemble the rod, make sure you take pictures and make a reference mark on how the lever is connected to the rod. If not you can screw it up.

Did you replace the o-ring?
