    Countersunk bolt removal

PB blaster or any other penetrant fluid for a couple of days, then hit it once hard and try to unscrew. Is the 1st thing i would do.

Definitely the rim is bent/twisted. I mounted the wheel on the trailer axle and free spin it to a bad rim. Tire seems to be flat as per my test.

Or probably it got losen while rolling? I can guarantee you that it was correctly tightened to the hub/spindle while in the fron and back. The grease started leaking while on the back and the screeching was not happening and started about 2-3 miles after running. Why, i don't know. Probably the...

No, not me. My truck had 2 imaculate tires in the back, one flat in the front and another blown in the front. Had 2 more on a trailer and i obtained 2 more from a friend. Not sure if this one was on the trailer (i doubt it) i believe this one came from a friend on a donor he bought. I am...

Not sure why so different. It could be that it deformed more while i used it? It did not rub in the back for a couple of days but it gow worse. I did notice also that the grease or whatever they use to slide the run flat inside was dripping through the cebter of the rim and the alignment hole...

Ok, i regards to one tire that was wiggling, i placed on the back for a more bearable ride until i buy the new tires. Went a couple of miles around and heard a screeching. Turned out the rim is weirdly bent or not seated correctly. Some pictures of what happened, rim is already out of the truck...

    HMMWV alternators

Same i thought, diesel engines (most of them) by nature are low RPM.

Any recomendation of a good seller/part? There are tons of options ranging from very cheap to expensive. I wouldn't like to buy a part that is going to leave me stranded.

One thing i noticed though, my left upper rubber boot for the half shaft is cracked. I guess i have to replace sooner than later. I have read on this forum that the way to go is replacing the whole assembly in lieu of replacing just the boot. Also, if i were to replace the half shaft how do i...

Well guys i am happy to report that no parts are damaged. Out of 8 tires i have only 2 are new and the other 2 are decent (not perfect). 1 blown and 3 with flat spots. So i am in the market for new tires, if anyone can point me in the right direction of a not so pricy supplier.. I have been...

Yes, the TC is in H. The wiggle is coming from the front left tire. Starts jumping at about 25-30 mph and wiggling after that.

Something that got my attention also is that the gauge does not have red or warning zone , so I figured the temp was about normal however not 100% sure hence my question. I had to replace 1 tire that was new but flat in the front, probably this is the same issue. If everything else checks out...

Yes, I am going to pull out the tire and also check the hub and spindle. I also see the tire wiggle a bit while on the way. On the temperature issue, I hope is the gauge as I don't smell over heating or hear crackling on the engine or anything unusual other than the gage reading.
