Yes, i used 1/4"-20. Did not have to expand much, or honesly just clean the hole.

While a wellnut is the correct part, i expanded the hole and installed a rivnut. Happy with the results.

When i started driving my truck around the block (not tag at that time) i never heard the fan kick in i thought was quiet until i went for a longer trip. Around the block it never raised to 180 degrees. Not sure it will do in a parki g lot.

Agree on everything, however, here in south FL it is hard leaving a distance in between cars. It doesn't matter if ypu are pulling a boat or driving a humvee and leaving the safe distance to stop, people down here will get in no matter what.

Well, honestly i have not taken the wheels to balance. I really thought that will the runflats would be nonsense. Will try balancing them and check if any difference

Try different spots, like the reservoir tank, top of the radiator close to the hoses, thermostat housing, heads. I even tested the oil pan and transmission. All will be fine.

My gauges shows 230-240 but with an infrared temp gun the highest temp was 198 degrees. I would check into it before driving yourself nuts.
