That looks like it would be fun to fly as long as you had the original equipment designated to do so. Trying to fly it around your local R/C flying club might not be a great idea unless you don't mind putting it back in kit form. Is the propulsion system still in place?

Just give them 24 to 48 hours & you should see your paid in full invoice posted, it is automatic with GL. GP you have to call & pay for your winnings! The longest I had to wait was 36 hours. Just get all your stuff ready to go for the pickup & be prepared for anything that murphy throws at you!

Are you picking it up from GL or trying to move it around? If moving it around, you could winch it up on the trailer on top of plywood to keep from tearing up the floor. Once you get thru the security forces, it is a breeze; unless you are loading 7 pallets ammo cans in a enclosed rental trailer in June during the midday heat. Recovering a M1101 should be just a nice drive down & back with cool hubs & 15 psi in the tires!

SG has a seat base cheap & it is NOS! The battery cover is a different thing, somebody here will point you in the right direction!
