87" wide is about the max if you want it to slide out or at least that's what the Military uses. The 939 AAR shelter I have in my deuce is that wide and it's a snug fit.

Welcome to the site from KS. Unless you have a big truck you might want to think about a M101 series or a M1101/2 trailer. The M105 are nice but the weight w/o air for the brakes can make for some exciting rides in the mountains.

Yep the sanding dust from CARC is toxic. You should only mess with the old 2 part CARC in a level B protective outfit.
